  My wife and I own 5 properties in Greeley and 365 RPM has been managing them for 3 plus years. We interviewed numerous property management companies in Greeley and found Dale, Susie and their team to be beyond professional and a perfect fit for the high standards that we were demanding. We live out of the country and as you can imagine, it is of the utmost importance that our property management team is on the ball. We receive regular updates in regards to needed repairs as well as any tenant issues. We are extremely grateful and delighted with our choice of 365 Real Property Management. To those of you looking for a management company, my advise is to do your homework, interview potential management companies and pick a company that will take care of your home like you would. Dale, Susie and their team have done that for us and we look forward to many more years working with them.

  Worst rental company. Tried to get us to pay our ex roomates rent from before we had moved in and then tried to get us to pay them after she moved out and the property switched owners
